On December 22, the much-anticipated New Product Launch 2025 once again arrived as scheduled—this year with comprehensive upgrades across products, philosophy, and strategic layout. More than just a showcase of technological pursuit, the event reflected TATA’s deep thinking on industry dynamics, future development, and corporate responsibility.

 

At the product level, TATA unveiled two breakthroughs: the Professional-Grade Noise Reduction Door and the Seamless Bending Process, representing a leap forward in innovation and craftsmanship. At the conceptual level, the brand introduced, for the first time, the philosophy of “Creating Products with Vitality”—a human-centered response to evolving consumer needs. At the strategic level, TATA clearly outlined differentiated growth paths for its three core brands: TATA Wooden Doors, TATACASA, and Jinshangzhai, signaling a coordinated advance across multiple business dimensions.

Themed “Sheng · Sheng Yuan Qi” (Sound · Life Begins), this year’s launch delved into the profound connection between sound and living, presenting TATA’s ongoing exploration of acoustic comfort in home environments.

 


 

The newly proposed concept of “Creating Products with Vitality” was illustrated through a poetic yet powerful brand film, depicting vitality as: the unstoppable force to move forward, the courage to embrace the unknown, the perseverance to overcome obstacles while loving life, and the continuous progress of TATA—where technological breakthroughs meet human care, opening doors to infinite possibilities.

 

TATA distilled the “vitality of products” into four guiding principles: Fit for Living – addressing diverse residential needs; Driven by User Experience – continuous product iteration centered on consumer insights; Peace of Mind – delivering trust, safety, and comfort; Resonating with Users – providing empathetic solutions for a better life.

 

 

Breakthrough Innovations Unlock New Possibilities

At this year’s launch, TATA Wooden Doors unveiled two groundbreaking achievements—the Professional-Grade Noise Reduction Door and the Seamless Bending Process. These innovations inject fresh vitality into an industry long troubled by homogenization, opening up a horizon of new possibilities.

 

The Professional-Grade Noise Reduction Door embodies years of TATA’s deep research into acoustics and wooden door engineering, marking another leap in sound insulation technology. It is equipped with a new hybrid noise-reduction technology, featuring a nine-layer composite acoustic barrier system. Each layer is designed to isolate and coordinate against sound waves of different frequencies, enabling efficient control across a wide frequency range. Combined with triple dual-layer sealing strips around the sides and bottom, this door elevates soundproofing performance to an entirely new level, allowing users to enjoy a more stable and tranquil acoustic environment.

 

The Seamless Bending Process represents a revolutionary step forward in manufacturing. Unlike traditional edge-banding, this technology enables panels to be bent and formed in one piece, eliminating issues such as color variation, cracking, and uneven finishes. The result: doors with stronger visual integrity and a refined, seamless appearance.

 

 

More importantly, this new process accelerates the shift from painted doors to paint-free solutions. Paint-free melamine products adopting seamless bending technology can rival painted doors in both texture and aesthetics, delivering a more refined appearance. At the same time, the process makes door manufacturing more efficient, material-saving, and low-carbon, while shortening the delivery cycle by at least five days. According to Zong Ruiyuan, this marks yet another significant contribution from TATA to the industry—one that is expected to have a profound impact over the next three years.

 

At the same event, TATACASA, TATA’s space customization brand, reinforced its commitment to “Efficient Storage, Rooted in Living Habits.” Guided by four product principles—easy access, scenario-based customization, human-centered design, and smart living—TATACASA introduced seven tailored solutions spanning wardrobes, entryway cabinets, balcony cabinets, and more. These solutions go beyond aesthetics and premium quality; they integrate thoughtful planning of storage layouts and living flows, reflecting deep insights into consumer lifestyles and offering a balance of practicality and beauty.

 

 

The product upgrades showcased at the launch were also marked by refined details that resonate with users’ daily needs: R3 rounded corners to reduce accidental bumps and injuries; Silent soft-close floor stoppers and noise-absorbing locks that make opening and closing nearly soundless; Space-saving unequal double folding doors that reclaim up to one-third more space—particularly efficient and valuable for compact homes. These thoughtful design enhancements illustrate TATA’s vision of “products with vitality”.
